Even in today’s world of EDI and B2B Integration, some suppliers still need fax or email for purchase orders (POs) and invoices due to technical capabilities or low order volume. Fax and Email Document Delivery allows you to automate PO delivery, receive invoices, and manage all documents with a single browser interface.

AUTOMATE ERP FAX AND EMAIL

Dispatched POs are picked up by a lightweight connector, delivery information is extracted, and then the POs are sent via secure web service for delivery. Corresponding fax or email supplier invoices are received by the service and delivered as email attachments to a specified email address. A browser interface provides visibility and management of all documents. An optional Fax and Email Conversion to EDI service allows you to send and receive EDI or other data formats while your suppliers receive and send faxes and emails.

INTEGRATING DOCUMENT DELIVERY

Fax and Email Document Delivery can be integrated with any business system that produces formatted documents. Many document types are supported including PDF, Postscript, PCL, RTF, text, and others. Graphic overlays can be added to enhance text documents. Optionally, fax cover sheets and PO terms are attached. Delivery information is extracted from the document or acquired by system lookup. As an Oracle Gold Partner, Edict Systems also provides specific integrations for PeopleSoft Enterprise and Oracle E-Business Suite.

We provide tightly integrated document delivery and EDI services for PeopleSoft Enterprise. This integration allows users to select and modify delivery information, resend documents, and view document images and delivery statuses from within PeopleSoft. We also offer an Oracle Validated PeopleSoft EDI Integration enabling seamless EDI connectivity and managed services.

Oracle E-Business Suite users can also take advantage of tightly integrated document delivery services. This integration allows users to select and modify delivery information, resend documents, and view document images and delivery statuses from within E-Business Suite. We also offer cloud-based services for mapping Oracle XML to EDI, along with outsourced connectivity and managed services.
