Jason K. Wadzinski
Chairman, CEO

Mr. Wadzinski is the Chairman of the Board, CEO of Edict Systems and Advant-e, the parent company of Edict. As founder, Mr. Wadzinski founded Edict Systems in 1990 and has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology. Since founding the company he has led the company from offering an EDI translation software product to the successful launch of its Internet-based service offerings in 1999. Prior to founding the company, he was an EDI professional with a manufacturer of recreational products sold through the retail industry. Mr. Wadzinski is an Air Force Veteran.

James Lesch
CFO

Mr. Lesch is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, responsible for financial reporting, internal management accounting, cash management and human resources. Mr. Lesch joined the Company in 1997 with over 25 years of prior experience as a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte & Touche, Controller for a publicly-owned construction and development company, CFO and in other accounting and financial management capacities with public and privately owned companies. Mr. Lesch holds an MBA degree from Ohio State University and a BS degree from Bowling Green State University.

Mike Bevis
President

Mr. Bevis leads the company's efforts in strategic initiative, sales, marketing, strategic planning and customer relationship management. He is a sales and marketing professional with significant experience in building businesses and driving revenue. Prior to joining the company, he held senior level marketing positions with Paxar Corporation and executive level positions with Huffy Corporation. Mr. Bevis holds a BS in Business from Miami University and is a U.S. Navy veteran.

Mike Huffenberger
CTO

Mr. Huffenberger is a co-founder of Edict Systems and currently leads the company's product and service development, service delivery, service operations, and customer support organizations within the company. He has over 20 years of experience with product and service development and product life cycle enhancements across both platforms and enterprise applications. Mr. Huffenberger holds a BS from Wittenberg University with majors in Math and Physics.

Dave Rike
VP Sales

Mr. Rike brings more than eight years of sales and management experience to this position. Most recently, Dave has held the position of Vice President - Strategic Accounts after being promoted from Director - Industry Sales. Dave joined Edict Systems in 1998 and has experienced increased responsibilities since that date. Prior to joining Edict, Dave attended both Miami University and Wright State University.
