Edict Systems History

1990 - Founded as an EDI Consulting and Training firm helping companies integrate EDI data with their internal systems.

1992 - Released Formula_One®, a PC-based EDI translation package for small and medium-size suppliers. Over 1,200 suppliers in multiple industries used Formula_One® to process their EDI documents.

1999 - GroceryEC, a web-based, hosted EDI service is put into production. GroceryEC is currently the leading solution for suppliers in the grocery industry.

2000 - RetailEC launched to provide value-added web EDI services for general merchandise suppliers.

2000 - EnterpriseEC®, an internet-based Electronic Trading Network network introduced.

2001 - Merged with Advant-e Corporation becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of a publicly traded company.

2002 - Released Hosted Data Translation services allowing customers to integrate EDI data with their internal systems without buying and maintaining expensive EDI translation software.

2003 - Activated AutomotiveEC based on being selected by a large international automotive OEM to provide web-based EDI services for their suppliers.

2004 - Activated CPGSupplier to provide large consumer packaged goods suppliers with a low-cost, web-based solution for their suppliers.

2007 - ValidateEC is introduced to provide a hosted business rule service that simplifies managing large amounts of EDI transactions.
