EDI is the electronic exchange of Business-to-Business (B2B) commerce transactions, such as purchase orders and invoices, and replaces the paper-based equivalent.

Position Summary

We are seeking a proofreader and entry-level Software Quality Assurance Technician. This person proofreads and reviews materials for accurate use of grammar and content. This person will correct any grammatical and typographical errors and ensure text is well written and logically structured. Additionally, this person will perform software testing functions such as validating software deliverables meet specifications and ensuring all software documentation policies are followed. This person must be able to effectively communicate testing activities and findings in oral and written formats.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales goals with an industry leading set of products and services
  • Conduct professional inbound and outbound communication with new and existing clients
  • Timely communication with customer base and prospects
  • Maintain and grow client relationships to enhance customer retention
  • Collaborate with team members on presentations, knowledge sharing and professional development
