Position Summary

We are seeking a Software Programmer who would be responsible for the development of data integration programs to meet end-user requirements. This is an entry-level position targeted at individuals with sufficient education and/or experience to qualify them to use data mapping and code generation tools to create software programs for data integration.

Qualifications

  • Two years of college technical coursework or equivalent experience
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications
  • Ability to correctly prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail

Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative is the primary point of contact with our customers. The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service and technical issue resolution in a professional manner to ensure customers maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with the products and services offered by the company. Communication will be by phone, email and chat. Duties involve account configuration and identifying and resolving Level I technical issues or escalating issues to Level II CSR. This person must be professional in their demeanor and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional inbound and outbound communication with new and existing clients

  • Maintain and grow client relationships to enhance customer retention
  • Collaborate with team members on presentations, knowledge sharing and professional development
